Solution-Focused Therapy
I help teenagers identify their problems, and then I help them solve them. I do this in different ways, depending on the person, but I always focus on helping teens develop the tools they need to manage their problems with confidence.

I use a range of methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness practice. I also use certain psychological assessments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Enneagram, and even the Harry Potter Sorting Hat Quiz to help teens develop an awareness of who they are and how they relate to the world.
A problem well put is half solved.
